For retiring and honorably separated law enforcement officers, transitioning out of the profession can be challenging and, let's face it, scary. The goal of NextWatch's Law Enforcement Fellowships & Transition Program (LEFT) is to provide retiring and transitioning officers with structured, paid fellowships in divers professions that can benefit from their dedication and skills. NextWatch LEFT will partner with employers to ensure a seamless transition from law enforcement to new careers. NextWatch will provide training, resume building, coaching mentorship, and access to a nationwide network of successful law enforcement leaders and alumni. 

In addition, our Health, Engagement, Resilience, and Outreach (HERO) Program can assist with the transition from law enforcement to the rest of your life by addressing the mental, social, and physical well-being of retiring and retired law enforcement officers. It ensures a holistic transition into post-LEO life, focusing on health, relationships, and purpose.
