Public Policy and Implementation

We bring proven experience in shaping policy at the highest levels, having developed comprehensive platforms and legislative proposals for attorneys general, municipal leaders, state legislators and candidates for governor and Congress. Our philosophy rejects piecemeal fixes in favor of integrated solutions that align people, systems, and resources toward measurable outcomes. In most cases, the challenge is not the absence of laws, but the absence of focused leadership to ensure that existing systems function as intended. By focusing on leadership, accountability, and execution, we help decision makers craft policies that deliver lasting impact for their constituents.

This philosophy is also reflected in our ongoing work to address some of the most pressing community challenges. We are engaged in shaping Colorado’s response to addiction and the opioid crisis, serving on the steering committee for a new Family Justice Center in Adams County, and leading the effort to establish the nonprofit Youth Resource and Assessment Center (YRAC). These initiatives embody our commitment to integrated, collaborative approaches that connect policy to practice, and leadership to outcomes.
